The mantra of the underwater photographer is “get close, and then get closer” – fill the frame with your subject and minimize distortion. Macro photography takes “closer” to an extreme and opens up a world full of intricate patterns and interesting critters.
Join us as Gary Powell talks about the challenges of macro photography underwater and the beauty it provides.
